谈挖掘机液压系统节能环保技术的思路

摘    要:液压挖掘机是最为重要和最具代表性的工程机械,被誉为"工程机械之王"。现代化液压挖掘机功能强大、动作灵活、智能化,以至于重载作业机器人的趋势已十分明显。然而,大量使用液压挖掘机所消耗的资源,以及施工产生的噪声、粉尘等污染对环境造成了不容忽视的影响,环保水平已成为阻碍其发展的瓶颈。因而,环保化、节能化与智能化是液压挖掘机的发展趋势。探讨了挖掘机液压系统节能环保技术的新思路,具有现实意义。

Abstract:The hydraulic excavator is the most important and representative engineering machinery which is known as the "king of the engineering machinery".Modern hydraulic excavator is powerful,flexible,and smart and the trend of heavy-duty robot becomes obvious.However,the resources consumed by a hydraulic excavator,noise,dust and other pollution to the environment can not be ignored.It has become a bottleneck for the further development of the environmental protection level.Therefore,the environmental protection,energy saving and intelligence are the development trend of hydraulic excavators.This paper discusses the excavator hydraulic system with a new idea of energy conservation and environmental protection,which has practical significance.
