资源整合矿井机电装备管理工作的思考

资源整合促进了煤矿企业的兼并重组,装备水平的提升,信息化管理的要求真正为煤矿打造本质安全型矿井创造了条件。同时煤矿机电装备管理人员不足、技术力量薄弱、管理水平有待提高的矛盾和困境也表现了出来。为了适应大矿时代的要求,应对整合矿井机电管理工作差的局面,提出有针对性的建议和可操作性强的措施。通过培训、学习、考试、参观等多种形式锻炼技术和管理人员,经过制度建设、机构建立、考核机制的形成,突出重点严抓现场管理和班组建设等多措并举,一定能锻炼和培养一批适应新形势下煤矿机电装备管理的队伍。

Thoughts on Management of Mechanical and Electrical Equipments with Resources Integration of Coal Mine

Resource integration is to promote merger and reorganization of coal enterprise and equipment level of ascension.The information management really creates conditions for safety of coal mine.However,staff of mechanical and electrical equipments of coal mine is insufficient and technical force is weak and the management level needs to improve.In order to meet the requirement of large mines,coping with the poor integration of coal mine electromechanical management situation,targeted and operation measures are proposed.Through training,learning,testing and visiting to manage staff,management team of mechanical and electrical equipment must be constructed by construction of system and evaluation mechanism with the site management and team construction.
