| 摘 要： | 本文从学生网上评教顺应了网络时代高校教学与管理的发展需求,突破了时空的限制,凸显了学生人本权益,推进了高校的教学与管理工作等几个层面分析了高校实施学生网上评教机制的可行性;从完善管理机制、强化激励和奖惩机制、健全保障机制三个层面对提高学生网上评教工作的实效性进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The feasibility of college student's evaluation on the internet attributes to that it conforms to the development demand of college teaching and management in network times,breakthroughs the space-time limitation,stresses student-orientation,and promotes the college teaching and management. The paper discusses the effectiveness of evaluation on the internet from the level of improving management mechanism,strengthening the mechanism of motivation and rewards and punishment,improving guarantee mechanism. |
