摘    要:通过在离心风机进气箱加装圆柱管道来改变气 -固两相流结构 ,结合实验显示了加装不同直径的管道对风机积灰与磨损的影响 ,并从理论上分析了引起积灰与磨损的原因以及改造气流结构的原理 ,为改善离心风机积灰与磨损提供了实验依据

Abstract:By equipping cylinder to change the fan's inlet, the configuration of gas-solid two-phrase flow can be changed. Various diameters of cylinder produce various configurations of the flow and affect the degree of erosion and ash in the impeller of the fan. The paper analyzed the reason for giving rise to erosion and ash and the theory of configuration of flow. That provides the basic reference for improving the degree of erosion and ash of centrifugal fan.
