摘    要:基于草甘膦的结构和性质,对其工业生产废水的治理与资源化进行研究.用CaCl2溶液作为沉淀剂使草甘膦生成钙盐沉淀,沉淀经PCW软化剂处理得到浓度为5%的草甘膦水溶液.探讨了废水溶液pn、CaCl2溶液使用量、盐酸及PCW软化剂加入量等因素对处理效果的影响.结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下,每100mL废水,用15mLCaCl2溶液(浓度为634g/L)沉淀,过滤后的滤饼用6.2mL盐酸处理后再经2.5gPCW软化剂处理,得到的草甘膦溶液达到生产企业所要求的标准.该工艺草甘膦回收率达到95%,废水COD去除率大于95%,实现了草甘膦废水的资源化.

Abstract:Based on the structure and property of glyphosate,its wastewater was treated by CaCl2 solution.Under certain conditions,it was transformed to deposit of calcium salt which would be processed to 5% glyphosate solution by PCW intenerate reagent.Some factors affecting the results such as pH value of the solution,quantity of CaCl2 solution,hydrochloric acid and PCW intenerate reagent had been studied.The results showed that under optimized conditions,each 100mL wastewater was treated with 15 mL CaCl2 solution(634 g/L),6.2 mL hydrochloric acid and 2.5 g PCW intenerate reagent in turn,and recovered glyphosate solution could match the standard of producing corporations.In this techniques,high recovery efficiency of glyphosate as much as 95% was obtained and removal rate of COD was above 95%.
