高铝褐铁矿在济钢炼铁生产中的应用

摘    要:为应对过高的炼铁成本,济南钢铁集团公司第一炼铁厂大量使用了低价高铝褐铁矿,为此采取了提高烧结矿w(SiO2)和w(FeO),实施厚料层烧结和将炉渣w(MgO)/w(Al2O3)比提高到0.6等一系列技术措施,在烧结矿w(Al2O3)达到3.0%-3.1%、高炉炉渣w(Al2O3)达到19%-20%情况下,使烧结生产和高炉生产基本保持了平稳。

Abstract:In order to reduce ironmaking cost,low price high-aluminium limonite was used at No.1 Ironmaking Plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Group Corporation.The following measures were taken in sintering production: increasing w(SiO2) and w(FeO) in sinter,adopting high bed sintering,raising w(MgO)/w(Al2O3) of slag to 0.6,etc.In the condition when w(Al2O3) in sinter reached 3.0 % to 3.1% and w(Al2O3) in slag reached 19% to 20%,both sintering and blast furnace perfomance were kept stable running.
