高锰钢铸件的晶粒度对机械性能的影响

摘    要:本文对铸造高锰钢(ZGMn13)的晶粒度对机械性能的影响进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,随着晶粒度变细,抗拉强度和延伸率相应有所增高,而冲击韧性略有下降,但影响不显著。单从机械性能角度来看,可以不必规定晶粒度的要求。

Abstract:The effect of grain degree on mechanical properties of cast high manga- nese steel(ZGMn13)was studied.It is found that the effect is not evident. The tensile strength and elongation are a little increased with decrease in the grain degree,but the shock toughness is slightly decreased with decrease in the grain degree.Only considering mechanical property,there is no need to specify the grain degree of ZGMn13 in the National Standard.
