| Abstract: | In this paper,the service condition and failure form of the wood chip cutting knives used in the artificial board machines were analyzed.A new kind of material for making the knives was researched and developed.The reasonable heat treatment technology and use method of the knives were systematically studied.And by analyzing the ratio between the properties and the price of the knives,a kind of scientific design process for knives is suggested. |
