电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)快速测定电解金属锰中的硒

摘    要:试验了锰基体对硒测定的干扰情况,对仪器的测定参数进行优化,采用稀硝酸溶解电解锰,基体匹配消除锰对测定的影响,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(=ICP-AES)快速测定电解锰中硒的含量,与GB/T 86654.6-88盐酸联胺-碘量法进行比对,结果吻合,并且进行了加标回收试验,回收率为97%~105%,方法精度为2.5%~7.23%,检测下限0.0261μg·mL-1.

Abstract:The interference with Mn matrix in determination of trace selenium was studied,the instrument parameters was optimized.The sample was dissolved in dilute nitric acid,the interference from matrix was eliminated with matrix matching,and then selenium was determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES)conveniently.The result was tally with the results of GB/T 86654.6-88 phenyl hydrazine hydrochloride-iodine method.This recovery was 97%~105%,the precision of 2.5%~7.23% and the detection limit of 0.0261μg/mL,respectively.
