絮凝菌MBF03发酵条件的优化

摘    要:以絮凝菌MBF03为材料,探讨了碳源、氮源、初始pH值、培养时间、接种量和金属离子对絮凝剂的产生及絮凝效果的影响,并对其絮凝活性分布进行了分析.结果表明:絮凝菌MBF03的最适碳源为葡萄糖、最适氮源为硝酸铵、最适初始pH值为6、最适接种量为4%;培养24 h时MBF03菌达生长平台期,培养48 h时絮凝活性达到最大值,二者存在时间延迟;Ca2+的助凝效果明显优于Mg2+;絮凝活性成分主要分布在发酵上清液中.

Abstract:The effects of carbon source,nitrogen source,initial pH value,culture time,inoculum amount and metal ions on producing flocculants and flocculation efficiency were studied by using flocculant-producing strain MBF03 as material.The distribution of flocculation activity was analyzed.The results showed that:the optimum carbon source was glucose,the optimum nitrogen source was ammonium nitrate,the optimum initial pH value and inoculum amount was 6 and 4%,respectively,there was a 24 h time delay between MBF03 reaching the growth plate and the maximum flocculation activity,coagulant efficiency of Ca2+ was significantly better than that of Mg2+,and the flocculation activity mainly attributed to the supernatant of the fermentation broth.
