摘    要:分析VK-125型离心空压机各级压缩比随环境空气温度变化而变化的规律,指出在夏季调试得到的防喘振控制曲线不一定能适用于压缩机冬季运行工况。为增大空压机冬季的稳定工作区域,对第二级导叶控制增加了一个温差补偿。这种控制优化,也降低了气温偏低时空压机在最低负荷下的运行功耗。

Abstract:The rule of variation of each stage compression ratio of Model VK-125 centrifugal air compressor with the ambient air temperature is analyzed, and the analysis shows that the anti-surge control curve obtained in summer commission is not always applicable to the operation condition of the compressor in winter. In order to widen the steady work area of air compressor in winter, the temperature difference compensation is added for control of second stage guide vane. The control optimization decreases the power consumption for run of the air compressor under the lowest load at the slight low air temperature.
