摘    要:详细叙述兴化43000 m3/h空分设备制氩系统的调试过程。根据空分设备运行数据,结合其内在设计结构,采用边调试、边分析、边优化的方法,完成了制氩系统的调试,并提出了从设计上需对空分设备采取的改进措施。

Abstract:The commission process of the argon making system of Xinghua 43000 m^3/h air separation plant is detailed. In accordance with the operation data and in combination with the inner design structure of the air separation plant, the argon making system is commissioned with method of simultaneous commission, analysis and optimization. The improving measures for design of the air separation plant are proposed.
