摘    要:随着空分设备等级大型化、流程和产品多样化发展,冷箱内管架设计的合理性已成为影响空分设备安全运行的重要因素之一。叙述为确保空分设备管道系统和设备的安全运行,通过管道应力分析软件对冷箱内管架各个参数进行的优化设计。

Abstract:With large-scale of air separation plant and diversified processes and products, the rationality of design of the pipe rack in cold box becomes one of important factors affecting the safe run of the air separation plant. Each parameter of pipe rack in cold box is optimally designed with pipeline stress analysis software in an effect to ensure safe run of both the pipeline system and the equipment of the air separation plant.
