关于烹饪职教师资培训工作的思考

摘    要:职业教育担负着培养高素质劳动者和专门人才的重要使命,它的发展在很大的程度上取决于教师队伍的整体素质。目前烹饪职教师资队伍还不能完全适应烹饪职业教育的发展需要。要提高烹饪职教师资素质,加强师资培训工作,必须提高对烹饪职教师资队伍建设的重要性、必要性的认识,明确烹饪职教师资培训基地的任务及目标,强化烹饪职教培训基地的自身建设。

Abstract:Vocational education shoulders an important mission of training qualified labors and professional talents. Its development depends to a great degree on the training of the teachers as a whole. At present, teachers of cuisine vocational education can not meet completely the needs of the development of cusine vocational education. In order to improve the quality and strengthen the training work, we must recognize the importance and necessity of the construction of cuisine vocational education, make clear the task and aim of training base, strengthen the self\|construction of the training base of cuisine vocational education.
