| 摘 要： | 肉食品是鄂尔多斯蒙古族非常喜欢的食品,他们统称之为乌兰伊得干, “乌兰”即红,“伊得干”为食品。鄂尔多斯蒙古族红食品种多,风味独特。其中常 见的“整羊背子”、“手扒羊肉”、“羊肉串”、“涮羊肉”等。这些既是浓郁的游牧民 族特色的名贵佳肴,也曾是历史上宫廷御用食品。

| Abstract: | Meat food is a popular food in Erdos, Mongolia. It is called Wulanyidegan. "Wulan" means red, "Yidegan" means food. There are kinds of meat foods in Erdos, Mongolia with special flavor, of which some are popular such as "Whole Sheep Back", "Hand Tear Mutton", "Motton Stick Together", " Instant-boiled Mutton" and so on. These famous dishes with rich nomadic people specialty were once food in palace in history. |
