电机起动过程信号的分析

摘    要:简单地介绍了设备过程信号分析的传统分析方法,结合电机起动过程信号的取样数据,提出了频谱分段法和周期变量法.通过这两种方法的分析获得了众多时、频域参量的特性曲线和特征值,这些特征量的获得是传统分析方法不易得到的.这两种方法可应用于设备的类型识别和故障诊断等领域.

Abstract:After traditional analysis methods of equipment process signal is simply introduced, this paper presents two new methods,i.e. spectrum subsection and period variable ,in terms of practical signal sampling data taken in the period of machine starting. Many eigenvalues and characteristic curves of time/frequency domain parameters are obtained by using such methods, and these data are not easy to get by traditional methods. These two methods can be used in the fields of equipment type recognition and fault diagnosis, and so on.
