严寒地区住宅建筑热计量的节能潜力分析

摘    要:本文以大庆市热计量试点项目中三栋建筑作为研究对象,测试了供热期间三栋试验建筑的耗热量,比较了传统建筑和安装温控阀建筑的节能潜力。安装温控阀的建筑单位采暖耗热量为21.8W/m^2,未安装温控阀的建筑采暖单位采暖耗热量为25.5W/m^2,节能潜力为13.3%;未安装温控阀的地板辐射采暖系统建筑单位采暖耗热量为31.2W/m^2,节能潜力达到32.8%。比较发现,只有安装温控阀的建筑单位采暖耗热量没有超过国家标准限值,其它两栋建筑单位采暖耗热量超标率分别为24.5%和41.8%。同时发现,地板辐射采暖系统建筑能源浪费严重,说明了实行供热计量的重要性和必要性。

Energy Conservation Potential Analysis of Residential Building Heat Metering in Severe Cold Area

Abstract:Taking three buildings as study objects in this paper, heat consumption of three representative buildings is measured during heating period and is analyzed according to requirements of the heat metering project in Daqing Energy conservation potential of heat metering was estimated from comparisons between conventional buildings energy consumption and that of buildings installing thermostatic valves. Heat consumption per trait area of buildings installing thermostatic valves is 21.8 W/m^2. Heat consumption per unit area of buildings which used radiators but without thermostatic valves is 25.5 W/m^2. Energy conservation potential is 13.3%. Heat consumption per unit area of floor heating buildings without thermostatic valves is 31.2 W/m^2 Energy conservation potential can reach 32.8 %. It is found that heat consumption of buildings installing thermostatic valves is less than the limit 22.0 W/m^2 of national standard. The exceeding rates of the other two buildings are 24.5% and 41.8%, respectively. A conclusion can be drawn that there exists severe energy waste in the buildings equipped with low temperature floor heating system. Heat metering is a quite important and necessary measure to achieve energy saving for residential buildings.
