漆酶与木聚糖酶预处理对稻草蒸煮性能影响的比较

摘    要:利用木聚糖酶和漆酶对稻草进行预处理,以改善后续的蒸煮性能。研究了不同酶用量对酶预处理效果的影响;同时比较了两种酶预处理对蒸煮性能的影响。结果表明木聚糖酶和漆酶对稻草预处理均能达到改善纸浆性能的目的。较佳的酶用量分别为20IU/g和30IU/g。在提高蒸煮得率、浆料强度方面漆酶优于木聚糖酶,与未处理和木聚糖酶化学浆相比实际得率分别提高13.11%和8.79%;裂断长提高34.2%和5.54%;耐破指数提高23.81%和7.22%;撕裂指数提高78.59%和3.26%。木聚糖酶预处理对改善浆料白度方面则优于漆酶,与未处理浆和漆酶生物化学浆相比分别提高5.3%和0.6%(SBD)。

Abstract:Rice straw was pretreated with xylanase and laccase respectively to improve the pulpabilities of rice straw pulps.The effect of different enzymatic dosages on results of enzyme pretreatment was investigated and the different effects of rice straw pretreatments with the above two enzymes on the pulpabilities were compared.The results indicated that rice straw pretreatments with xylanase or laccase improved pulpabilities of rice straw.The optimum enzymatic dosages were 20 IU/g for xylanase and 30 IU/g for laccase.Laccase was more effective than xylanase in the increases of pulp yield and pulp strength.Compared with unpretreatment straw pulp and xylanase treatment pulp,the yield of pretreated straw pulp with laccase increased by 13.11% and 8.79% respectively,the breaking length increased by 34.20% and 5.54% respectively,the bursting index increased by 23.81% and 7.22%,the tearing index increased by 78.59% and 3.26%.Xylanase pretreatment was better than laccase in the improvement of the pulp brightness.Compared with unpretreatment pulp and laccase treatment pulp,the britghtness of pretreated pulp with xylanase increased by 5.3 and 0.6 SBD units.
