摘    要:北京科技大学冶金学院锰课题组是专业从事制备锰系列产品高新技术和新工艺研究的课题组。经多年努力,已经研究出多项在国内外遥遥领先的高新技术,其中包括用锰矿石直接制备高纯四氧化三锰第1代、第2代和第3代技术;用锰矿石直接制备高纯三氧化二锰技术;用锰矿石直接制备高纯和超高纯碳酸锰技术;用锰矿石直接制备高纯MnOOH技术;用部分或全部软锰矿代替菱镁矿生产电解金属锰技术;电解金属锰片无铬无磷钝化绿色技术。

Abstract:The research group in Beijing Science and Technology University is specialized in the preparation of manganese- MN series of high-tech and new technology research group. Through years' efforts, it has researched out more items at home and abroad with the level ahead of high-tech, which includes manganese ore directly preparation high-pure of Mn304 for first generation, second generation and third generation technology. With manganese ore directly preparation in high-purity, the technology of Mn2O3 and that of manganese ore has been directly prepared in high pure and super high pure carbonate manganese technology. With manganese ore direct preparation in high pure MnOOH technology,including part or all pyrolusite instead of magnesite production in EM M technology, we have succeeded in EMM flakes with neither chromium nor phosphorus passivation in green technology.
