脱硫尾渣中硫酸铵及锰离子的洗涤回收

摘    要:以自来水为洗涤剂,采用间歇式逆流二级的洗涤方式对软锰矿浆烟气脱硫与电解金属锰循环工艺中所产生的尾渣中的硫酸铵及锰离子进行洗涤回收。研究不同的洗涤比例(自来水与尾渣的质量之比)及洗涤时间对硫酸铵铵及锰离子洗出率的影响。实验结果表明,洗涤时间达到2min后洗涤过程即可平衡,控制洗涤比例在4:1~1:4之间,锰离子洗出率可达97.7%-69.7%,硫酸铵洗出率可达97.5%~69.2%,由此可知洗涤效果主要受洗涤比例的影响,同时确定最佳洗涤比例为4:3.此时锰离子的洗出率为91.0%,硫酸铵的洗出率为91.9%。

Abstract:Recovering manganese and ammonium sulfate from the tail slag of desulfurization is produced from flue gas desulphurization by pyrolusite slurry, and electrolytic manganese circulation process using tap water as detergent and adopting intermittent countercurrent are two level washing process. Various kinds of washing proportion(mass ratio of tap water and tail slag) and washing time's influence are on the wash-out ratio of ammonium sulfate and manganese was studied. The results indicated that, the washing process reached equilibrium after 2 minutes and the wash-out ratio of manganese and ammonium sulfate were in the range of 97.7% ~ 69.7% and 97.5% - 69.2% when the washing proportion was in the range of 4:1 - 1:4, thus it is clear that the washing result is major influenced by the washing proportion. The best washing proportion is 4 : 3, and the wash-out ratio of manganese and ammonium sulfate are 91.0% and 91.9%.
