振动筛板柱还原萃取法提取荧光级氧化铕的工业性试验

摘    要:用脉冲填料(锌粒)柱还原铕,在直径50mm,板段高6m的振动筛板柱中,用还原萃取法进行提取高纯铕的工业性试验。萃余液经萃取除杂后,获一定量的荧光级氧化铕产品。结果表明,萃取过程稳定,易于控制,系统对工艺参数的波动有较好的适应性。

Abstract:The europium was reduced by granular zinc in a pulsed packed column,The in- dustrial test of extracting high pure europium was performed by reduction-extraction in a recipro- cating plate column with 50 mm inner diameter and 6m cartridge height.After the impurities were extracted from raffinate,some products of fluorescent grade europia were produced.The results showed that the extraction process is steady and controllable with great ease,and the system has better adaptability for fluctuation of technical parameters.
