负压效应在油田中的新应用

摘    要:介绍了利用负压效应原理研究开发的4项专利技术——负压法地层解堵、不动管柱降压排酸、油井井口降压掺水、污水沉降罐底部负压排污泥等。现场应用证明:采用负压效应对地层解堵,不会对储层造成二次伤害,解堵后增产增注效果明显;采用负压效应排残酸,排酸迅速、及时、彻底,有效地防止了残酸对地层造成的二次污染;采用负压效应在井口掺热水,不仅可以减少热水的消耗,还可降低井口回压,改善油井工况,延长油井免修期;采用负压效应排放污水沉降罐底部沉积污泥,能延长清罐周期,改善注水水质,对于油田污水回注和环境保护具有十分重要的意义。负

Abstract:Some four patents basis on underbalance effect principle, such as formation plug removal by underbalance effect (FPRUE), press reducing for acid drainage as tube no moving (PRAD), press reducing with add heat water on wellhead (PRAHWW) and underbalance effect for sludge drainage (UESD) in sewage sank, were mainly introduced. Secondary time formation damage would not be caused in the measures of FPRUD and PRAD. The period between two times repairing was prolonged as press reducing with add heat water on wellhead, the consumption of heat water was decreased. The period about washing tank was prolonged and the quality of water was improved by UESD. Field application in 230 wells show all technologies have better affect.
