高压水射流油管清洗生产线及关键参数优化

摘    要:针对传统的油管清洗方法存在工艺技术及设备落后 ,能源浪费大 ,工作环境污染严重及成本高等问题 ,开发了高压水射流油管清洗生产线。阐述了生产线的基本组成 ,并对射流距离、工作压力与流速、油管的递进速度与转速等关键参数进行了优化。新开发的清洗生产线与传统工艺相比较 ,油管清洗费用由平均 1 4 1元 /m降为 0 32元 /m ,按年清洗 12 0万m计 ,每年可节约 130 0 8万元。同时还具有工艺技术先进、能耗低及环境污染小等优点

Abstract:The traditional tubing cleaning technology causes great waste of energy resource and serious pollution,and its cost is very high.Thereby a high-pressure water jet tubing cleaning system is developed.The design of the main equipment of the system is introduced.Its key operating parameters including jetting distance and operating pressure/flow rate and tubing feeding/rotary speed are optimized.By applying the new tubing cleaning system,good social and economic benefits can be achiveed.
