基于声卡的噪声仿真系统设计与实现

摘    要:针对运载火箭地面综合试验中噪声参数测试精细化不足的问题,提出一种基于声卡的低成本噪声仿真系统设计方法.基于声卡的工作原理及性能指标,分析了利用声卡模拟噪声环境的可行性.采用虚拟仪器技术,设计了系统的硬件架构,并在LabVIEW平台下完成了噪声仿真软件的开发.测试结果表明:噪声仿真系统模拟发出的噪声信号与传感器所敏感到的噪声信号一致,工作性能稳定.该系统具有成本低、通用性强、操作简单等优点,目前已成功应用于运载火箭遥测系统综合试验的噪声参数测试.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that current launch vehicle noise parameter is short of testing refinement in the ground comprehensive experiment, a low-cost noise simulation system based on the audio card is proposed. On the basis of working principle and performance indicators of the audio card, the feasibility of using audio card to simulate noise environment is analyzed. Using the virtual instrument technology, the hardware structure is designed and software development is completed under LabVIEW platform. The test results show that the signal from the noise simulation system agrees well with the sensor which is sensitive to the noise signal, and the system performance is stable. With the advantages of low cost, strong commonality, and simple operation, the noise simulation system has been successfully applied in noise parameters experiment of launch vehicle telemetry system integrated test.
