摘    要:为了评估现代高技术战争条件下的通信装备技术保障能力,提出一种基于AHP和模糊理论的评估方法.在分析通信装备技术保障能力影响因素的基础上,建立通信装备技术保障能力评估指标体系,利用层次分析法计算了各指标因素的权重,并采用模糊数学理论建立了各指标因素的模糊隶属度函数,对通信装备技术保障能力进行了综合评估.分析结果表明:该方法用精确的数学描述通信装备技术保障指标中的模糊性,为评估通信装备技术保障能力提供了一种新的方法.实例分析结果表明该评估方法具有实用性.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the technical support capacity of communication equipment under the condition of high technology warfare, the evaluation measure based on AHP and fuzzy theory is advanced. On the basis of analyzing influence factors of the communication equipment technical support capacity, the capacity evaluation criterion system of communication equipment support is established. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used for calculating the weight of each index, fuzzy mathematic theory is used for establishing the function of fuzzy membership grade of each index, and the communication equipment technical support capacity is evaluated. The result shows that this method uses accurate mathematics to analysis fuzzy criterions of communication equipment technical support capacity, supplies a new way for evaluating the communication equipment technical support capacity. The practical example indicates the effectiveness of the evaluate method.
