基于虚拟仪器技术的织机机械性能测试与分析

摘    要:对比分析两种喷气织机的机械性能.运用虚拟仪器技术和非电量电测技术测试了国产Y型喷气织机和日本ZA209i型喷气织机的车速、送经量、筘座运动规律及经、纬纱张力等主要工艺技术指标.得出国产Y型喷气织机在纬纱飞行时间、振动、功率等方面尚不如日本ZA209i型喷气织机的结论,从而为国产喷气织机的研制生产提供出指导性的数据.

Abstract:For analyzing and comparing the mechanical capability between the native's and Japan's,through appling the measuring technique of virtual instruments and nonquantity of electric charge check and measure the main technical index of native Ytype looms and Japan's ZA209itype looms,such as loom speed,letoff,weft tension etc.It is concluded that the native looms are not better than the Japan's looms in the flyingtime , shaking , and power. The conducting data of researching and developing of the native looms is supplied.
