新型多层共挤复合吹塑薄膜旋转模具的设计

摘    要:设计了新型多层共挤复合吹塑薄膜旋转模具并与常规的多层共挤复合吹塑薄膜旋转模具相比较,采用了短圆柱体式的芯棒结构,芯棒上的多头螺纹沟槽的螺纹导程仅为0.75个导程。这样设计简化了模具结构,缩短了流道的长度,减小了模具体积和质量,降低了模具制造成本。

Abstract:A novel blown-film spin-mould for co-extrusion of multi-layer and composite plastic film was designed and compared with the conventional ones. A core-bar in a shape of a short cylinder was employed in the heart part, thus the numbers of thread lead for the groove of the multi-head thread on the core-bar was only 0.75 of a lead. Such a design shortened the length of runner, decreased the weight and volume of the mold, and reduced the fabricating cost.
