| 摘 要： | 锅炉给水泵运行参数的确定对于实现在线节能监测和故障诊断、优化机组的变工况运行具有重要意义。本文建立了锅炉给水泵变负荷运行时,泵出口压力、扬程和转速等参数的计算模型。并根据泵特性曲线和比例定律,提出变速调节给水泵效率的一种计算方法。

| Abstract: | Definition of parameters with boiler feedwater pump was important to realize on-line monitoring of energy saving, fault diagnosis and unit optimization under variable conditions. In this paper, calculation models of parameters such as output pressure, lift and rotation speed were built for boiler feedwater pump under variable conditions. According to characteristic of pump and ratio law, one calculation method of operation efficiency for feedwater pump under variable conditions was proposed. |
