| 摘 要： | 热轧F1减速机是某钢厂主轧线上的关键机械设备,为德国生产。针对其在使用过程中大齿轮辐板出现裂纹,严重影响设备的安全生产问题,利用有限元计算和强度分析的方法对其大齿轮进行了计算,结果为找出其裂纹产生的原因和制定出大齿轮改造的实施方案,提供了理论依据。并证明其输出轴大齿轮理论汁算的危险部位与实际裂纹产生的部位完全吻合。

| Abstract: | F1 reduction device is the key mechanical equipment of main hot-rolling line in steel factory. Crackles in spoke appeared shortly after its commissioning. This paper presents the analysis for the large gear by means of finite-element method. It is indicated that the theoretically calculated danger section of the gear completely is identical to the practical rupture section. |
