| 摘 要： | 针对金属波纹管膨胀节产品的结构特点，通过试验制定了多层异种材料（内层为ＦＮ－２、外四层为ＳＵＳ１６）波纹管元件与１６Ｍｎ接管的焊接工艺。经产品性能试验证明，按该工艺焊接的接头完全能够满足设计和使用要求。

| Abstract: | According to the structure feature of metal bellows expansion joints, the welding process of 16Mn pipe to multi -layer bellows made up of dissimilar materials is determined by test. It has been proved by performance test that the butt weld welded above can fully meet the requirement of design and application. |
