F1603型转杯纺纱机纺纱粗节的控制

为了减少F1603型转杯纺纱机纺纱时产生的粗节纱疵,提高成纱质量.对纺纱过程中粗节产生的原因进行分析,并进行了纺纱试验.结果表明:成纱粗节与纺纱关键部件分梳辊、转杯的机械状态、磨损有关;与转杯纺纱机的工艺配置、通道不良有关.通过采取严格保养周期及润滑周期,定期更换关键器材,周期性更换分梳辊针布,保证纺杯内负压稳定等相应的预防措施,可以降低粗节的产生.

Control of Slub of F1603 Rotor Spinning Frame

Generating reasons of slub in spinning were analyzed and tested to reduce slub and defect in spinning with F1603 rotor spinning frame.The test shows that yarn slub is related with machinery situation and abrasion of key points such as combing roller and rotor,processing configuration of rotor spinning frame and the passage situation.Relative measures of confining the maintenance period & lubrication period,replacing key apparatus and the combing card cloth termly,stable negative pressure and so on were adopted,and the generating of slub can be reduced.
