| 摘 要： | 考虑自然和人类系统的相互作用,文中分别从水的需求和供给管理角度出发,初步论述了水资源综合调配的内涵与外延,提出水资源综合调配研究包含的基本环节,并对其面临的关键技术问题进行了分析和展望。

| Abstract: | Based on the consideration of the interaction between the natural and human systems,the connotation and denotation of the comprehensive allocation of water resources are analyzed herein from the aspect of the management on both the demand and the supply of water resources;from which the key links included in the research on the comprehensive allocation of water resources are put forward,and then the key technical issues faced by it are analyzed and prospected as well. |
