摘    要:提出了一种基于LabVIEW的传感器误差修正和补偿的方法,将其应用于时栅位移传感器研究,在Lab-VIEW环境中实现了时栅位移传感器测量的误差曲线分析和拟合算法,提高了传感器精度。

Abstract:A method based on LabVIEW is presented for error correction and compensation of sensors. Under the LabVIEW environment, the measuring error curve analysis and its fitting algorithm of time grating displacement sensor are realized and the precision of the sensor is pmmotod greatly.
