| 摘 要： | 结合网架(网壳)CAD软件开发,提出了一种螺栓球节点设计的方法,利用该法进行节点设计,在有限元分析确定各杆轴力和管径的基础上可将螺栓球节点各构件一次性确定,避免了试选和反复验算.并对螺栓球设计公式进行了修改,利用修改后的公式进行设计,可大大减轻设计、绘图、加工的工作量.

| Abstract: | Combined with CAD software development of grids (reticulated shell), the design method of boltsphere joint is put forward. The joint components can be determined directly on the basis of the axile force and diameter of each bar given by the finite element analysis, and reduplicative checking computations can be avoided by the method. Then the design formulae of boltsphere are modified, the workload of design, drawing and machining is greatly reduced by means of modified formulae. |
