基于DFx的T/R组件模块布局仿真系统研究

摘    要:针对传统的T/R组件模块布局方法效率低,花费大的问题,运用并行工程(Concurrent engineering,CE)的思想,基于DFx设计了T/R组件模块布局仿真系统,并对实现系统的各项关键技术进行了研究。该系统建立了T/R组件元件库,通过调用元件库快速建立T/R组件模型,并基于此同一模型的初始布局进行热分析、电磁兼容分析和装配干涉分析,再根据分析反馈进行热、电磁和装配工艺的协同设计,得到优化的T/R组件模块虚拟布局方案和装配工艺。该系统应用于某型雷达T/R组件的设计,取得良好效果。最后指出了此系统进一步完善的方向,即建立专家系统进行分析结果的智能反馈,并根据反馈结果引入遗传算法实现T/R组件模块布局的自动优化。

Abstract:The past method of cell placement for T/R module is inefficient and expensive.A DFx-oriented cell placement simulation system for T/R module is designed based on concurrent engineering to aim directly at this problem and the crucial techniques to realize the system are studied.In this system,component library of T/R Module is built,and T/R module model is developed by calling components library.Subsequently,thermal analysis,electromagnetic compatibility analysis and assembly interference analysis of initial layout of T/R Module model are performed.Then the integrated design of thermal,electromagnetic and assembly process is carried out by analyzing feedback result and the optimized T/R module virtual layout scheme and assembly process is obtained.The system is applied in T/R module design of certain radar and good effect.At last,further improvement of the system is presented.That it is,intelligent feedback of analysis result is obtained by establishing expert system.And according to the result of feedback,the cell placement for T/R module can optimize automatically by using genetic algorithms.
