| 摘 要： | 针对电机修理业绕组浸漆的特殊性,介绍了一种经济适用的浸漆、滴漆、储漆、输漆一体化装置。该装置不仅考虑了待浸修理电机的多样性,以及大小不一、数量不定的实际情况,更在漆的流动性、渗透性和储存质量上采取相应的有利措施,确保了修理电机的浸漆效果,提高了修理质量。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced a kind of device for impregnating varnish,drip paint,reserve paint,deliver paint.Beingdirected againt the special of the winding impregnating varnish to repairing the electric machine.It is not only economy but also applicabitity.The device is considered not only variety of the electric machine to be repairing,but bach little,as well take measures on the flowability,permeability and storage quality of the paint.As a consequence it assured the impregnation effectinly and repairing quality of the electric machine.The device is adequate for the reparing in widely. |
