| Abstract: | Three aspects, the existence theorems, the sufficient theorems and necessary theorems, of fuzzy systems as universal approximators are systemically summarized. And the present situation of these aspect of the theory are given. Then main parts of the applications of the theory are generalized. At last, main directs of its development are given. |
