摘    要:本文以近年来国内外广泛应用的最优化技术为基础,提出了一种基于负荷矩的电力网规划设计的数学模型,利用微型计算机对负荷矩之和的计算来寻找线损最小、运行费用最低、投资最省的最优电网结构方案。在常德德山电网规划的实例中证明该方法是实用、理想的。

Abstract:In this paper,according to optimization technique which is used popularly at home and abroad recent years,theauthor presented a mathematical pattern of power network planning-design based on load matrix.To figure the summation of loadmatrix using microcomputers in order to find out an optimal network structure which has the fewest line loss,the lowest annualoperating and maintenance costs,and the most economy investment.This method has been used in the planning-design of ChangdeDeshan power network and proved it is practical and ideal.
