| 摘 要： | 以鄂尔多斯市拟建莱特花园1号住宅楼地基处理为实例,从投资、施工、工期、地区经验等方面进行了分析比较,证明在主楼采用长螺旋钻孔泵压混凝土桩复合地基,裙房采用夯实水泥土桩复合地基为最佳方案。

| Abstract: | Taking No.1 residential building' foundation treatment in Laite garden in Erdos as an example,the paper analyzes and compares from the investment,construction,the construction period and regional experience,proves the compressed concrete composite foundation is the best scheme in podium, by adopting the composite foundation of long auder drilling concrete in main buildings. |
