摘    要:实施良好的储层保护技术措施,是提高勘探开发效益的有效方法。油气层保护技术有很强的针对性,只有弄清储层特征、潜在损害因素、敏感性和钻井完井液损害机理,才能提出与储层相匹配的、合理的保护油气层的钻井完井液技术措施。新疆油田公司在2000年的钻井设计中强化了油气层保护设计内容,把油气层保护设计作为重要工作。从可能的储层或已知的要开发的储层物性出发,研究分析了储层的岩石组成成分、填隙物成分与含量、粘土矿物组成与含量、胶结类型、孔隙类型、敏感性,以及储层的损害因素、损害类型、损害程度,从而提出了针对性较强地保护油气层的钻井完井液配方和相应的钻井工艺要求,形成了一套较完整的保护油气层钻井设计方案。

Abstract:to improve exploration and development efficiency, an effective method is to apply appropriate formation protection measures. However, as reservoirs have their own specific characteristics, the formation protection technology should be worked out individually. Only with clear knowledge of reservoir characteristics, potential damage factors, sensitivity and the damaging mechanisms of drilling and completion fluids, can compatible and reasonable drilling and completion fluid technology be worked out. Xinjiang Oil Company strengthened the formation protection measures in drilling design, highlighting this content as an important work. On the knowledge of formation physical properties of the potential reservoirs or reservoirs ready to be explored, rock composition, filling composition and content, clay composition and content, bonding style, pore morphology and sensitivity were analyzed. Damage factors, damage type and degree were also investigated. Then formulations of drilling and completion fluids, together with relevant drilling technologies were optimized. A more integrated drilling design for formation protection was formed.
