| 摘 要： | 文章论述了权重系数在生态住区评估体系中的地位和作用.通过对比分析国外LEED、BREEAM、GBC三大评估体系的权重系数,说明了不同权重方案对不同评估系统的重要影响.以天津市生态居住区建设技术规程为例,对比说明了我国生态住区评估体系的编制中应该如何重视和处理权重问题.

Consideration on the Weight Coefficients of Assessment System for Eco-Residential Area |

| Abstract: | Weight coefficients are very important for the assessment system of eco residential area. The paper analyzes the significant effect of weight coefficient by comparing the different weight system in different assessment methods: LEED,BREEAM and GBC. "The Technical Specification for Tianjin Eco residential Area Construction" is used as an example to describe how to deal with the problem of weight when establishing the assessment system for eco residential area in China. |
