摘    要:介绍了德兴铜矿大山选矿厂不断改进和优化选硫工艺流程的经验。通过工艺流程改造, 合理配置旋流器, 逐步实现了高效低耗回收硫资源, 选硫作业回收率提高了7.21%, 选硫边界品位由22%降至18%。

Abstract:Technical ameliorations of the mineral processing flowsheet for sulfur recovery in Dashan Ore-dressing Plant of Dexing Copper Mine were introduced. After technical improvement and rational arranging of cyclone, the goal of recovering sulfur from copper processing tailings with high efficiency and low consumption was gradually achieved, while, the sulfur recovery increased by 7.21%, and the cut-off grade of sulfur separation can be lowered from 22% to 18%.
