用板框压滤机进行发酵液的过滤是目前发酵液处理的主要手段。但国内各厂家在过滤洗涤时都采用置换洗涤法 ,大大增加了洗涤水的用量 ,也影响了收率。研究表明 ,改用横穿洗涤法进行洗涤可以使洗涤液体积减少一半 ,提高了过滤收率 ,同时减少了溶媒损耗和产品损失 ,并降低了滤饼含水量 ,取得了明显综合经济效益

Study on the Different Scrubbing Method in the Plate-and-Frame Filter of Spiramycin Fermentation Broth

The plate and frame filter is widely used in fermentation industry.The method used in the production today is substitution scrubbing method which weakens the advantage of the plate and frame filter greatly,and reduces the yield rate.The experimental result shows that the use of cross scrubbing method in filtration can improve the yield rate,decrease the value of scrubbing water to 50 percent,reduce the consumption of extractant and the loss of the product.Further more,the new method can reduce the quantity of water containing in residue and has attractive economic benefit.
