| 摘 要： | 猪胰脂肪酶催化外消旋2-甲基-1-丁醇酯交换反应,生成S-2-甲基-1-丁醇和乙酸2-甲基-1-丁酯,由于醇酯体系共沸,故采用间歇萃取精馏的方式,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺作为萃取剂进行萃取精馏,优化了回流比、进料速率、进料温度等重要工艺参数,并应用过程模拟软件ChemCAD对2-甲基-1-丁醇和乙酸2-甲基-1-丁酯的萃取精馏工艺做全流程静态模拟。模拟结果与实验结果能较好吻合。
