摘    要:基于LabVIEw与相关硬件系统的搭配,设计出振动筛在线监测系统,监测筛箱的异常振动、弹簧一致性和激振器轴承振动;通过监测振动筛的振动加速度值、振动频率、相位以及由加速度积分得到运动轨迹来判断振动筛的工作情况,最终构建了振动筛负载工况在线诊断系统,利用数据库积累并管理长周期的监测数据,开发状态特征提取、异常情况自动辨识和运行趋势分析软件,对异常振动、轴承故障和弹簧不一致情况进行实时报警,并通过自学习积累故障诊断经验.本系统包括数据实时采集、实时显示、实时分析以及在线诊断、离线分析、远程监测等功能.

Abstract:Based on LabVIEW and related hardware, designing the on-line monitoring system for screen, monitoring the Abnormal vibration, spring consistency, vibration exciter. By an alyzing the acceleration, frequency, phase changes, as well as the displacement integrated from the acceleration, judging the working condition of screen. This system including data acquisition, real-time display, analysis, diagnosis, off line analysis, remote monitoring.
