体内微机构与动物肠道摩擦实验研究

摘    要:采用了一组不同材料、直径、长度、质量的微机构样本,在动物离体肠道中进行了摩擦实验。通过实验数据分析了微机构外壳的材料和尺寸对动物肠道摩擦力大小的影响。实验结果表明:在肠道中,密度较小的材料比密度大的材料具有更好的润滑性能,因此更适于作为医用微机构外壳的材料。另外,直径对于摩擦力也具有较为明显的影响,长度则影响不大。微机构的质量是影响负载的又一重要因素,在设计时应避开使负载达到最大值的微机构质量值。

Abstract:A group of samples in different size,weight and materials were selected to carry out the frictional experiments in off-body animal intestines.Influences of material and size of the shell samples of micro machine were analyzed.The results of the experiments indicate that material with a lower density is of better tribological properties in the chitterling than higher one.Therefore,it is more appropriate to produce the shell of a medical equipment to be taken orally with such kind of material.In addition,diameter of the samples has a significant influence on the frictional force,while length has little.The weight is another important factor to influence the frictional force.A peak value is founded on the experimental curves which should be avoided in design of such micro machines.
