摘    要:针对有限元建模过程繁琐、信息难以重用、仿真分析效率小高等问题,提出了面向设计重用的有限元仿真分析集成信息模型.分析了有限元仿真集成信息模型的结构组成,通过提取与集成有限元仿真分析的已有信息,利用ANSYS参数化编程语言与宏命令进行二次开发,实现了有限元仿真分析的过程与信息重用.所提方法已在产品开发中得到应用,有效地提高了仿真分析的效率.

Abstract:Aiming at problems such as complicated Finite Element Analysis (FEA) modeling process, difficulty in information reuse and low efficiency in simulation, an integrated information model for finite element simulation and analysis oriented to design reuse was put forward. Structure of the model was analyzed. By extracting and integrating existing information in FEA, the secondary development was conducted by using ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL) and macro. And reuse of process and information of FEA were realized. The approach has been applied in product development, which increased the efficiency of simulation analysis
