紫外分光光度法测定依替米星含量

摘    要:利用依替米星与乙酰丙酮及甲醛发生衍生化反应,生成的衍生物在波长330nm左右有最大吸收,建立了紫外分光光度法测定依替米星的含量。方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高,具有较好的选择性和准确度。将本法用于尿样中依替米星的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:An ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy method for the determination of etimicin is reported in this paper.Etimicin reacts with acetylacetone and formaldehyde and the derivative is created.The absorptive degree at wavelength of about 330 nm is detected.The above method is rapid,simple,sensitive and selective,and has been applied to the determination of etimicin in the biological fluids with satisfactory results.
