| 摘 要： | 20#无缝钢管按工艺要求进行冷弯成型时发生断裂.对其断口、材料的化学成分、力学性能和显微组织进行分析.结果表明,冷弯制断裂属于终轧温度偏低所致.针对冷弯制断裂情况提出一些预防改进措施.

| Abstract: | Rupture occurred with the seamless tube in Steel 20 # during cold-bending formation process. Analysis are made to the rupture and chemical composition, mechanical properties and microstructure of the material. The outcome shows that the said rupture is caused by rather low final rolling temperature. Accordingly, preventive actions are proposed. |
