秦淮新河(雨花段)水质的模糊数学评价

摘    要:运用模糊数学对秦淮新河(雨花段)水质进行分析,按五级分类标准,建立相应的隶属度函数,在最终的归一化矩阵中,隶属度最大者即为水质的最终等级,从而得出水质的模糊评价结论。选取河定桥、麻田桥、节制闸3个段面采样,以1、7、11三个月份分别代表枯、丰、平,得出2002年该河段的水质在Ⅳ~Ⅴ类之间(按GB3838—2002),并结合评价结果给出相应的治理建议。

Abstract:The water quality of the New Qinhuai River was assessed by means of fuzzy mathematics in this paper.By using five-grade standards and building a fuzzy set the fuzzy assessment of the water is made.Then the result indicates the biggest weight of the five grades in the final matrix.In this process three sections are selected i.e.the herding bridge the martian bridge and the controlling gate.Three months i.e.January July November are also selected which is the symbols of flow change during the year.It is found that the quality of the water ranged from grade IV to grade V during the year 2002.Considering the result the authors suggested some advice on how to protect it.
